$1.3 billion mixed-use hub
“McKinney’s city council this month approved zoning for the project, called Long Branch, pitched by Dallas- and Phoenix-based Creation in partnership with Horizon Capital Holdings and Vaulter to develop a mixed-use hub at the northwest corner of U.S. 75 and the future 380bypass. Once fully built out, Long Branch could bring about 1,600apartments, 135,000 square feet of retail space, 65,000 square feet of grocery space, a 100-room hotel and two six-story buildings with a total of 318,600 square feet of office space. Plans also include developing a five-story, 910-space parking garage.“
