Office, retail buildings could rise on PGA Parkway near Fields in Frisco

“The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission voted Sept. 24 in favor of a preliminary site plan for multiple buildings expected to rise at the northwest corner of Preston Road andPGA Parkway.
