Texas Health acquires 21 acres in fast-growing Collin County city

“Although the outer loop is still under construction, its anticipated arrival has alreadyspurred growth for cities such as Celina, which was recently ranked the fastest-growing city in the nation. Since 1980, Celina’s population has soared from 1,520 residents to more than 43,000 today, with most of that growth occurring in the last 10 years. CollinCounty has grown from about 144,600 people total to roughly 1.2 million over the same period.“
