Texas Health Plano plans $343M hospital expansion

The new tower will be next to an existing building on the east end of the hospital campus. Although construction on the garage finished this month, work on the highly anticipated tower won’t begin until summer 2025, according to a news release. An opening is planned for fall 2028.

When completed, the building will increase the hospital’s capacity from 230 beds to 400.“
