David Quiram oversees CONTI’s finance operations and corporate governance. He uses his expertise in financial data to guide strategic decision-making for the company and its investments. David is an influential leader and financial executive with over 20 years of experience in technology, strategy, and financial organizations, specializing in accounting, auditing, pricing and hedging, and investments.
Prior to joining CONTI, David served as CFO for Sustainable Opportunities Acquisition Corp for 3 years, a special purpose acquisition company focused on industries that benefit from strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) profiles. Prior roles also include Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Tax at GenOn Energy, Head of Investments for Enterprise Services of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Senior Manager with Accenture, and multiple roles at TXU Energy. David earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with the Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
